At dickandwills waterside brasserie we serve the best Local Fish, Meat and Shelfish with a fusion twist!

dickandwills is where the sea, country and garden is brought to your table. We serve world renowned local produce, and use seasonal creativity to deliver unprocessed ingredients to your plate, for a taste sensation you’ll never forget.

As you’d expect from dickandwills, our menu features local fresh fish and seafood, including Salcombe Crab and Salcombe Lobster and Line Caught Salcombe Sea Bass. But we know that your palate is as individual as you are, so for the meat eaters and vegetarians amongst you, we equally cater for you too. So why not take a look at out Saag Paneer with Spiced Cauliflower Purée and Bombay Potatoes garnished with Fresh Coriander! or our Chargrilled Prime West Country Grass Fed Sirloin Steak on the Bone or Gourmet Prime Fillet Steak Burger.

The menu at dickandwills has a strong Mediterranean feel, together with some Asian, North African and Thai influences, an eclectic mix that is sure to appeal to your passion for food. Our signature dishes include; Pan Seared Line Caught Salcombe Sea Bass, Tempura King Prawns and Local Squid.

Oh, we nearly forgot, our latest signature dish - dickandwills "Three Cheese Lobster Mac" - Barbers Vintage Cheddar and Gruyere Thermidore Sauce with Chunks of Salcombe Lobster finished under the grill with Parmesan!

Why not join us on the deck at Lunchtime this Summer for a glass of Vintage Cava and Tapas! Try our Crispy Salt and Pepper Calamari or Padron Peppers and Flash Fried Bite sized Chorizo whilst watching the boats go by!!
