Wine menu
dickandwills have worked with local wine merchant, RED&WHITE to bring together an interesting and diverse wine list that reflects the passion in their food.
Creating a wine list that reflects the dishes on the menu has been an incredibly enjoyable task; searching for wines that reflect where they come from, are individual and in some way tell you a little about the person that crafted them.
We’ve picked some of our favourite wines from both the old and new world that represent great quality and value, wines with structure and texture that were designed to be enjoyed at the table, wines to be savoured.
Premier names for your indulgence
Here at dickandwills, we don't just serve some of the greatest wines but in pursuit of excellence pride ourselves in serving Mumm Champagne as our house champagne by the glass or bottle, and draught Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Italy's premier beer.
